- Co-Op and Multi-Family Cohorts: Homeschool co-ops may utilize shared licenses for group laboratory days provided seat counts do not exceed authorized licensing thresholds.
- Prohibited Commercial Redistribution: You may not sell, redistribute, rebrand, mirror, or sublicense our worksheets, 3D assets, simulation algorithms, or curriculum answer keys without prior written consent.

Unauthorized scraping, framing, reverse engineering, or mass extraction of simulation engine source code is strictly prohibited.
5. Acceptable User Conduct and Platform Integrity
When using Praxos Learning, you agree not to:
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the client-side JavaScript or WebGL code powering our simulations.
- Deploy automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers to download digital worksheets or overwhelm simulation endpoints.
- Inject malicious code, SQL payloads, or cross-site scripting attacks through interactive inputs or contact forms.
- Falsify credentials or misrepresent school affiliations to obtain institutional licensing discounts.
6. Service Availability and Technical Support
We strive for continuous 99.9% platform availability across all web browsers. However, periodic maintenance, server migrations, or emergency security updates may occasionally require brief service interruptions. We provide technical support for simulation performance issues via email.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Praxos Learning is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational enrichment. While our simulation mathematical models are aligned with NGSS science principles, we make no warranties that the service will meet every specific pedagogical requirement or operate error-free across obsolete legacy hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Praxos Learning and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation before pursuing binding arbitration.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service as new educational games and features are introduced. Material changes will be accompanied by an updated revision date at the top of this document. Continued use of Praxos Learning after revisions signifies your acceptance of updated terms.
